These bagels are the perfect way to get that NYC bagel taste and experience, without the hassle of yeast and dough rising!

 

Greek Yogurt Everything Bagels Recipe

Ingredients:

- 138 g (1 cup) bread flour (or use all-purpose flour + 1/2 tsp. baking powder & 1/2 tsp. salt)

- 248 g (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt

-1/2 tsp. salt

- 1 egg (optional egg wash)

- Everything Bagel Seasoning

 

Directions:

1.) First whisk bread flour and salt together, then stir in Greek yogurt, mix until you form a dough.

2.) Separate your dough ball into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and then poke a hole in the middle with your finger and stretch until it is evenly ring formed.

3.) Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. As an option, you can whisk one egg to create and egg wash and brush this on top of your bagels. That way you get a nice shiny finish. Finally sprinkle your bagels with Everything Bagel Seasoning or a seasoning of your choosing.

3.) Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes, allow to cool 5-8 minutes after baking. Enjoy with cream cheese, butter or whatever your heart desires!
